We build with AI every day, and the gaps show up fast. These are the two tools we wrote to close them. Both are free to take.

SMEAC

A toolkit for building with Claude Code: cross-model verification, session handoff, and a self-learning loop that turns mistakes into standing rules.

We built this for ourselves, and every product on this page was planned and built with it. Claude writes the code, Codex audits it, and disagreements surface to us instead of being quietly resolved — the loop runs until both systems agree or we make the call. Context survives between sessions, and every correction gets captured so the same mistake isn't made twice.

Four parts: setup, convergence, relief, self-learning. MIT licensed.

Claude Ticker

A small always-on-top panel for macOS that shows every Claude Code session you have running, so a dozen terminal windows stay legible at a glance.

Each row is one session: whether it is working, waiting on your reply, or blocked on a permission prompt, and how much of its context window is left. Click a row to jump straight to that terminal window. Clear a row once you have read it, and it comes back the moment Claude says something new.

One Swift file, no dependencies. macOS only.
